When I look the thoughts mix things

They give new colors, sounds, and light smiles

 Appearing as the melody when sing

Or clouds when moving fasting to some eyes

Smelling problems these current lives have

Touching smiles people offer once a mile

Seeing the ups and downs I have been had

Hearing complains every day  at a line

No worry ‘cause a figure supports to me  

No tears ’cause tissues keep me dry

No crying ‘cause it is a waste of time

No suffering ‘cause blessings are so kind

Today I’m not worried of happiness…

Enchanted place is located so near

Where a fountain is sharing fresh honey

Surroundings are scented by flowers’ tears 

Where living today is the main key

When it rains, colorful rainbow appears

When it’s sunny the progress is seen too

The lowercase letters never affects

‘Cause feelings are strong as glaring clue

The heart’s place is warm as chimney in fall

It´s transparent and bright as new glass

It’s comfortable as palace of doll

It’s lovely ´cause anywhere love lasts

Everywhere it’s commonly called house

For practical ends, it’ll be our house

Every time heavy dark clouds make figures

Shapeless shadows without end or color

With a defined purpose as yours

Unscented as dry thing without odor

Fasting words are coming from this round mouth

The earth stops walking side the big star

The air gives actually no life to laugh

I hesitate which effect my words mark

Discovering a new paradise

Where little rocks made wider better course

When time is changing us ’cause our deep eyes

Are over forgiveness awful words caused

When clouds appear to hesitate your mind

Should eyes compare sunny and rainy days?

Should mouth hesitate when lips are coming?

Should mind remember every single face?

Should heart forget distress while I’m dreaming?

Should ears reject all concrete weird sound?

Should dream tell false or true story?

Should arms hold and resist a being that was found?

Should dulcet breath guide me to absolute glory?

Passionate vibrations look into my skin

I love it, I love him, I love you too

Not time for thinking only to begin

Remembering past times feelings are blue

A brilliant drop is falling near from here

But darkness night is crying only for you

‘Cause ebony being admires a black clear tear

Too plain is white sea as plain is this heart

Too dry is desert as dry are brown eyes

Too old skill as free Renaissance art

Too deep mind as dark valley without size

A beautiful flower emerges from land

It’s living, it’s changing, it’s growing

It wants to feel alive no getting mad

If changes make them anger or smiling

The things seems strange but lovely

Accept the inner true feelings kindly.

Angelical sounds mix up busy old head

Between rock and hard wall a cliff stays on

Beseech peaceful lax place as downy bed

A muted long sweet prayer is said alone

Refusing all form of misconception

The truthful mirror landscapes has within       

No signal rises to unlocked reception

Emerging bloody twister coming in

The fog is disappearing to new east

The ray of light intensifies a tear    

‘Cause war is bringing happiness at least

Today a bittersweet new air lives here

Believe in someone is hard and big deal,

In front her eyes a world lives perfect stories

It laughs, it loves, it smiles everyday

No feeling pretty afraid if she worries

‘Cause no one cares she lives another day

A shapeless misty place is dwelt by her

The stars seems to shine so far from here

An isolated garden they don’t care

Were strenuous and weird sounds you can hear

Where everlasting life receives more time

A child was living magic lovely things

Spending nights and days, weeks and years,

No caring fingers won’t fit to those rings,

No dweller felt offensive hurtful tears

The pillow kept a lot of chunks of heart,

The wind received the pretty youth of spring

The loved toys which used to have a mart  

Were spinning many times as they could sing

Now, a little bit stain lives instead

Should People Study Online Classes?

Since 2003, online enrollments have grown 358%, and 31% of students now take at least one online course (Allen & Seaman, 2011). Studying a foreign language requires the use of communicative skills. “Collaboration and interaction among learners are seen as important elements in the learning process” (Ros I Solé & Hopkins, 2007, p. 357). Sometimes, people do not know how to establish effective communication with people because aspects like culture, thoughts, and timidity influence the way people express ideas or comments. Because people do not always create good relationships, the lack of communication makes it more difficult to study a foreign language. Online classes can help to develop effective interaction among students without the need of face-to-face meetings using of technology when learning English as a foreign language.

Online classes offer students the opportunity to establish an effective interaction among classmates. “The use of discussion forums is recommended in online courses as a means of staying connected with students and promoting interaction” (Sebastianelli & Tamimi, 2011, p. 323). Additionally, online classes offer the opportunity for shy students to participate in discussions more easily (King, 2001). Because some students are afraid of sharing ideas or giving opinions in face-to-face classes, online classes help students to express their ideas or comments in an easier way. Thus, online classes offer the opportunity to establish good relationships as well as effective interaction because they are suitable for studying English as a foreign language.

However, online classes do not offer students the opportunity to establish an effective interaction among classmates because they do not have face-to-face meetings with their classmates. Staying for several hours in face-to-face classes encourages the fostering of relationships inside and outside the classroom (Cheng & Myles, 2003). On the other hand, online classes lack face-to-face meetings that students require in order to interact with classmates and to know who is behind a computer. Face-to-face English oral communication is helpful for students to enrich their communicative competence (Jadhav & Indani, 2012). When people study a language, they have to know how to develop and use it property in face-to-face conversations. For that reason, online classes do not help students to develop communicative and effective interaction with their classmates because they do not have face-to-face meetings that sponsor it.

Online classes can help to develop effective interaction among classmates without the need of face-to-face meetings through the use of technology. The creation of online communities involve the interaction with others students (Ros I Solé & Hopkins, 2007). With the introduction of new technologies that encourage more autonomy and participation from the learner can change the unidirectional teacher-to-learner communication typical of face-to-face classes can be expanded to include more student-to-teacher and student-to-student interaction in online classes (Horspool & Lange, 2010). When students develop self-learning with the use of online communities through the use of technology, they become more autonomous from a teacher. Because those students are responsible about their learning, they do not need a teacher in front of them. So, online classes promote students to develop interaction as well as take advantage of beneficial technology skills.

Online classes can help to develop effective interaction among students without the need of face-to-face meetings by the use of technology when learning English as a foreign language. For instance, online classes support students to make easier and more effective interaction with their classmates; furthermore, they develop technological skills using technology. If students take advantage of helpful tools that technology provides, they will get successful results during their studies. Although people consider online classes are not for everyone, access to technology is improving. Because online classes can help to develop effective interaction among students without the need of face-to-face meetings by the use of technology, they are suitable for studying English as a foreign language.

Because of the experience of teaching teen and adults that I am getting from my social service, I believe that I can contribute to private institutions like high schools as well as universities here in Aguascalientes.  I would like to work in these kinds of institutions because I consider them as the roots of society of our state. In those places, students need to receive a proper and professional education by a teacher that demonstrates teaching abilities.

Teaching young adults is an ability that I consider I have. Since I started doing the social service as a tutor, I recognize that this kind of job really allows me to help people learn English as a second language. It represents what I like to do. One example of this experience is that I am able to recognize students’ weaknesses and give them some suggestions they can do in order to improve in the use of the language. For this problem, I can search for new and interesting resources according to students’ personality that makes them find their way of learning. So, I believe that I really can help private institutions where teen and adults study.

I would like to work in an institution that follows a professional and educative philosophy that encourages students’ development.  When students finish their major, they will be catalogued by the institutions that gave them education. So, I would like to work with people who are interested in this type of way of working, also with people are worried about students’ future.

Purpose Statement

“Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work” Aristotle. I agree that the main key of success in any job is an efficient communication as well as creating in a friendly environment. Additionally, at school must be a place where students can develop the use of the language. Another aspect that I like is sharing needs and ideas that create a positive improvement that benefit students. The purpose of teaching in a private school is sharing my experience working with young adults where I can benefit them in the process of learning a second language. Because I want to achieve this purpose, I will establish an effective communication among people who are working with me. Essentially, being opened minded when receiving constructive comments is an attitude I want to develop as well. Respectfulness creates great social interactions, so avoiding unnecessary discussions and fights represent a useful attitude. Because I want to give a better service, I will use technology with a  wide variety of creative and helpful material. 

Three Aspects that Make a Good Class when Teaching English

 

    Have you ever thought how a good class is like? English language teaching requires three aspects to consider in order to create a good class. Those three aspects are not the only ones, but they are centered basically on the teacher’s role. The teacher, as the immediate facilitator, requires paying attention to some proper attitudes and aptitudes to take into consideration in order to create advisable and advantageous classes. Teaching English as a second language includes aspects like promoting an effective communication among teacher and students, using creative and authentic material, and applying dynamic activities help to create good classes.

    Promoting an effective communication among the teacher and students and among themselves is the first attitude that creates a good class. Teaching involves the use of social interaction that involves communicating ideas, feelings, and emotions. Communication builds everything. When learners feel comfortable, they express their ideas better and more understably. In addition, it will be easier for the teacher to give them feedback and viceversa. So, effective communication is the first step that creates a good and easier way to learn a new language.

    Using creative and authentic material is another aspect that a teacher needs to pay attention when teaching a foreign language. This kind of material helps students understand the topic better that they have seen in class; furthermore, it needs to be according to students’ personality. Those can be auditory, visual, or kinesthetic. Because there are a variety of types of students, the teacher can identify those types in the students. So, the use of creative material offers many benefits throughout the learning process.

    Applying dynamic activities help learners to practice actively in the development of the language. Because sometimes even good teachers use the same type of activities each class, they give boring and stressful classes. Creating creative and dynamic activities promote the learners’ effective participation. If the teacher knows how to balance those activities, second language learners will find the most effective way to learn. So, the use of effective and creative dynamics helps to support the knowledge that was received in class.

     Although teaching is an activity that requires being in front of a class, aspects as good communication, creative material, and dynamic activities help to develop good classes. Those three give many benefits and advantages that implement a pleasant and friendly environment in the classroom. Consequently, students will have a better and progressive development in the use of the language. Even though the teacher sponsors those aspects, students decide how much useful those are. So, effective communication, appropriate material, and engaging activities should be focused on creating interesting, creative, and dynamic classes when teaching English as a second language.
